Fiona Raymond-Cox is a senior consultant with 18+ years of international experience in process improvement consulting, business continuity, crisis management and pandemic planning. She brings a wealth of experience in the analysis, design and development of crisis management systems to resolving clients’ contingency planning requirements. Her breadth of experience includes undertaking assignments for government, technology, |
professional services, finance and banking, healthcare, telecommunications, retail & consumer industry sectors. Building upon her international experience, she provides innovative solutions that take account of the cultural requirements of her clients.
Prior to relocating to the USA in 2004, Fiona led PricewaterhouseCoopers’ business continuity practice in Hong Kong, and worked across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She gained first-hand experience of managing crises during the SARS outbreak in Hong Kong 2003. As Senior Vice President of Marsh Risk Consulting’s Business Continuity Risk Management practice in San Francisco for the past three years, Fiona was responsible for development and delivery of business continuity programs.
Fiona is certified as a Member of the Business Continuity Institute, a member of the Business Recovery Managers Association, and she coordinates her local Neighborhood Emergency Response Team. Fiona is a native of the United Kingdom.
