 Meg Keehan

Meg Keehan has worked as an Executive Secretary, a COBOL programmer, a Senior Business Continuity Analyst, a Vice President, and co-founded a contingency planning consulting company. She has worked for such diverse companies as CBS, AMD, Visa, and First Franklin Financial Corporation. She has presented seminars at industry conferences on testing business recovery plans, and wrote business recovery articles for industry publications. Graduating from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, Meg holds non-practicing CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certifications.
She is also a knitting instructor and knitwear designer. She is an avid writer of fiction and poetry, and has written two novels during her participation in National Novel Writing Month in 2005 and 2006.
For EMSS, she plucks bad grammar and misplaced punctuation from draft client reports, replacing them with pithy bon mots and meaningful commas, making the final product shine with clarity and precision.
